The founder partner of our office, Mr. Jacek Je¿owski is the Polish legal advisor (radca prawny) entered on the list maintained by the council of the Regional Legal Advisors’ Chamber in Warsaw.

Jacek Je¿owski is a 1998 graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw where he obtained Master of Laws degree in the Civil Comparative Law Department. He is also a graduate of the English and European Union Law Course, held by the Centre of English and European Legal Studies at the University of Warsaw under auspices of the University of Cambridge.

 Over the past years Jacek Je¿owski has developed significant expertise in different aspects of law, including, in particular, the corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, competition and consumer protection, banking and finance, telecommunications, energy law, administrative proceeding, judicial litigation, arbitration and amicable dispute resolution. His professional practice covers also the building and real estate law, including the specific issues of the real property market in Warsaw.

Ewa Je¿owska is the Polish legal advisor (radca prawny) associated with the office. She has accomplished the legal advisor apprenticeship in £ódŸ; at present she is registered on the list maintained by the council of the Regional Legal Advisors’ Chamber in Warsaw.

Her professional practice focuses especially on the fields of the judicial litigation and the enforcement proceeding, public procurement provisions and the labour law.
